Tiffany attended Hampton University in Hampton, VA where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. After graduating, she furthered her education at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD where she received a Master of Science Degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health. Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland with experience working as an outpatient therapist as well as a school-based mental health therapist serving elementary school and middle school aged students and their families. Tiffany has worked with various individuals, including varying ages, culturally diverse populations, and diagnoses.

Tiffany is committed to creating a safe space for clients to feel supported and empowered to foster growth and create positive change towards their therapeutic goals. Tiffany utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach to counseling that caters to each person individually. Tiffany uses various techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and solutions focused approaches. It is her belief that with support, we all have the ability to develop and achieve meaningful change and healing.
